  • Round 1
  • Round 2
  • Round 3
  • Round 4
  • Round 5
  • Round 6
  • Round 7
Round 1 Pick 1
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Select

With Adam Schefter reporting that TB has their sights set on Marcus Mariota, he is the pick here for now. They could prefer Jameis Winston's talent, but are scared of him off the field. Dirk Koetter seems to adapt his offense to his talent, which would bode well for Mariota.

Marcus Mariota, QB - Oregon
Round 1 Pick 2
The Tennessee Titans Select

The Titans could pass on a QB and stick with Zach Mettenberger who showed some promise in the offense. If so, they should have a shot at the only elite player in this class in Leonard Williams. A Gerald McCoy type impact defensive lineman who can give a 5-tech pass rusher who sets the edge, he would help fix the Titans rush defense issues and help pressure the QB.

Leonard Williams, DE - USC
Round 1 Pick 3
The Jacksonville Jaguars Select

The Jaguars do need offensive line help, and the defense stepped up late in the season, but a pass rusher like Randy Gregory who can put his hand down or stand up can give a lot of versatility for the Jaguars

Randy Gregory, DE - Nebraska
Round 1 Pick 4
The Oakland Raiders Select

Oakland could pass on Amari Cooper and take a best player available approach to nab the extremely athletic Shane Ray and build a dominant front 7. Jack Del Rio's defense can utilize Ray's talents in a variety of ways and allow Ray and Mack to be a dynamic duo.

Shane Ray, DE - Missouri
Round 1 Pick 5
The Washington Redskins Select

May be a bit high for a right tackle, but the Redskins desperately need offensive line help for whatever QB they decide on. Peat isn't the most flashy or athletic, but he had a great season and could be the first lineman off the board.

Andus Peat, OT - Stanford
Round 1 Pick 6
The New York Jets Select

It's possible the Jets luck into the 2nd best QB if the Titans pass and no one trades up. With Chan Gailey as their coordinator, the Jets will want a QB who has the arm and physical tools to spread it around. Winston should adapt to that system and it would work to his strengths.

Jameis Winston, QB - Florida State
Round 1 Pick 7
The Chicago Bears Select

The Bears could use 2 or 3 picks in the secondary and Landon Collins would be a dream at #7. He can play FS or SS and has the size/build to help in both the run and pass game.

Landon Collins, S - Alabama
Round 1 Pick 8
The Atlanta Falcons Select

Fowler is a noted hard worker and has the natural ability to develop into a great pass rusher. He isn't a finished product and needs some technique training, but he could be an intriguing LEO player that Atlanta lacks at the moment.

Dante Fowler, LB - Florida State
Round 1 Pick 9
The New York Giants Select

Brandon Scherff will likely move inside to guard at the next level and be a great one like Zach Martin and Joel Bitonio, but how high do you take him? The Giants offensive line needs to a shot in the arm and an elite OG prospect would do it.

Brandon Scherff, OL - Iowa
Round 1 Pick 10
The St. Louis Rams Select

Though the Rams got some decent WR play from Brian Quick, Kenny Britt, Tavon Austin, and Stedman Bailey, having a shot at a #1 WR like Amari Cooper is too good to pass up. With QB not an option, the defense playing great, and a top pick on the offensive line last year, Cooper would be an ideal choice at 10 to create a set of excellent weapons for the Rams.

Amari Cooper, WR - Alabama
Round 1 Pick 11
The Minnesota Vikings Select

It isn't time to give up on Matt Kalil, but drafting a versatile OT/OG option could give the Vikings some flexibility. Lael Collins is similar to Greg Robinson last year and could start at guard with an eventual move to tackle when needed.

Lael Collins, OL - LSU
Round 1 Pick 12
The Cleveland Browns Select

Cleveland's need a WR is apparent, but they need to find their version of Odell Beckham to provide not just a consistent threat but one that can stretch the field. Devante Parker has all the attributes to be a consistent weapon over the middle and deep down the field with great YAC potential.

Devante Parker, WR - Louisville
Round 1 Pick 13
The New Orleans Saints Select

The Saints have plenty of defensive needs, but getting a top corner ranks right up there. PJ Williams would be a perfect pair wth Keenan Lewis as Williams gives a big, athletic presence with a ton of experience. He's inconsistent, but has big potential.

PJ Williams, CB - Florida State
Round 1 Pick 14
The Miami Dolphins Select

The Dolphins have invested some picks into the secondary, but getting a physical presence like Waynes would be a nice fit opposite of Brent Grimes and allow more time to develop Jamar Taylor.

Trae Waynes, CB - Michigan State
Round 1 Pick 15
The San Francisco 49ers Select

The 49ers don't have many apparent needs, maybe OG if Mike Iupati moves on or another offensive playmaker, but they can always build the defense. The team struggled a bit toward the end of the year stopping the run and has never really had a true versatile Nose Tackle type. Plus, Danny Shelton can kick out to 5-technique and with new coach Jim Tomsula being the former defensive line coach, Shelton would be mighty tempting.

Danny Shelton, DT - Washingon
Round 1 Pick 16
The Houston Texans Select

The marriage between Andre Johnson and the Texans appears to be all but over and they desperately need more weapons outside of DeAndre Hopkins if they want to develop Ryan Mallett. Kevin White would give them another malleable high point threat who should be an excellent #2.

Kevin White, WR - West Virginia
Round 1 Pick 17
The San Diego Chargers Select

The Chargers had to play five different players at the center position this past season due to injury and none were particularly effective. Cameron Erving moved to center midseason and did an excellent job. With his experience at left tackle, he also provides an upside player who can play other positions in a pinch.

Cameron Erving, C - Florida State
Round 1 Pick 18
The Kansas City Chiefs Select

The Chiefs need a WR or two, but their offensive line may need even more help. TJ Clemmings moved from the defensive side of the ball to the offensive line only two years ago but has improved every game and has the ideal frame. He has been a stalwart at RT for the Panthers and likely would do the same for the Chiefs or move to the interior.

TJ Clemmings, OT - Pittsburgh
Round 1 Pick 19
The Cleveland Browns Select

After nabbing a WR, the Browns could use some ILB depth. Karlos Dansby is nearing the end of his career & Christian Kirksey had an inconsistent rookie season. McKinney was a vocal leader for a great Miss. St. defense and can play downhill or in coverage.

Benardrick McKinney, LB - Mississippi State
Round 1 Pick 20
The Philadelphia Eagles Select

The Eagles need CBs. Maybe two. Maybe three. Even if they address it in free agency, taking a high upside CB at 20 is crucial. Quentin Rollins' offseason could spring him into the top 20. Despite having limited time playing the position in college, Rollins had an excellent Senior Bowl and should kill the Combine.

Quentin Rollins, CB - Miami (OH)
Round 1 Pick 21
The Cincinnati Bengals Select

The Bengals don't have many glaring holes, but their LB group is very iffy. Denzel Perryman gives an athletic option who can play inside or out and allow the Bengals even more flexibility with their LBs.

Denzel Perryman, LB - Miami (FL)
Round 1 Pick 22
The Pittsburgh Steelers Select

The Steelers are likely to lose Ike Taylor and let Troy Polamalu go. With a struggling secondary for years, the Steelers have forsaken taking CBs high so this is the year. Ronald Darby had periods of shutting down top flight WRs in college and he has the size and athletic ability to be a #1 NFL CB.

Ronald Darby, CB - Florida State
Round 1 Pick 23
The Detroit Lions Select

The Lions will lose a DT and their defense relies on replacing them. Eddie Goldman is a big presence with a great pedigree who stepped up in key situations to penetrate the middle.

Eddie Goldman, DT - Florida State
Round 1 Pick 24
The Arizona Cardinals Select

Beasley's size may move him down, and he isn't of the prototypical size the Cardinals look for, but it could change with Todd Bowles leaving. Beasley was a dominant pass rusher relying on his football IQ and anticipating the snap with his athletic ability. Will probably fit best standing up in a 3-4 or hybrid scheme.

Vic Beasley, LB - Clemson
Round 1 Pick 25
The Carolina Panthers Select

The Panthers need offensive line help badly and unfortunately it will be tough to find at 25. Ereck Flowers was heavily inconsistent but has potential to be a dominant run blocker with his size and strength.

Ereck Flowers, OT - Miami (FL)
Round 1 Pick 26
The Baltimore Ravens Select

Justin Forsett had a great season, but the Ravens will be changing offensive coordinators (and potentially offenses,) again with Gary Kubiak's hire in Denver. Bringing in Todd Gurley allows Forsett to have another year as the lead back, bring Gurley in slowly, and bring the offensive up to have a dominant run game.

Todd Gurley, RB - Georgia
Round 1 Pick 27
The Dallas Cowboys Select

Bud Dupree was great at Kentucky and should go higher than this. The Cowboys need help all over the defense, but another DE to rush the passer is a premium and Dupree's 23.5 career sacks would look nice in Dallas.

Bud Dupree, DE - Kentucky
Round 1 Pick 28
The Denver Broncos Select

Funchess is a TE/WR hybrid who provides an incredible mismatch option in the NFL. Too fast for LBs and too big for CBs, Funchess could be fun to watch in a Joker role.

Devin Funchess, WR - Michigan
Round 1 Pick 29
The Indianapolis Colts Select

The Colts Front 7 was pretty weak this season both in rushing the passer and against the run. Adding some beef up front would help and Arik Armstead is the ideal 5-technique candidate to set the edge and give some power to bend the pocket.

Arik Armstead, DE - Oregon
Round 1 Pick 30
The Green Bay Packers Select

Paul Dawson is one of the best in the draft at shedding blocks and reacting to the offensive play in front of him. His play warrants a first round pick and is an ideal fit inside for the Packers. If he is clean off the field, the 1st round is a possibility.

Paul Dawson, LB - TCU
Round 1 Pick 31
The New England Patriots Select

There just aren't many needs for the Patriots, and a deep threat like Devin Smith could really add a new dimension to the offense despite Tom Brady's struggles throwing deep.

Devin Smith, WR - Ohio State
Round 1 Pick 32
The Seattle Seahawks Select

The Seahawks have been willing to take some chances on players and if the want to get a stud #1 WR, DGB would fit the bill. With his off field issues, he could fall out of the draft altogether or go higher than this.

Dorial Green-Beckham, WR - Oklahoma
